Covering local news exclusively, B.G. reported the development of the land use plan that currently protects West Marin’s unique area and lifestyle. She translated her experience into a real estate career that soon had her branded as the West Marin expert with connections throughout the Bay Area and beyond.

Besides written journalism, B.G. also broadcast nightly news at a small market radio station in Sonoma County, where she additionally anchored her own midday show. In a separate career, she crewed for an international airline.
Born and raised in the Midwest near Lake Michigan on a country property where her love of raising horses and dogs became her passion, B.G. moved directly to rural Marin County after graduating magna cum laude from Syracuse University. She built her own home on acreage in Bolinas, where she raised her son and where she still resides. As a 51-year resident, B.G. serves on local boards and was honored to serve as the first agent to represent the affordable housing group in Bolinas in the purchase of two properties, which became national models.
